After a series of discussions with Andre from the event conceptualization stage, we came up with the concept "Perspectives Kanazawa". It was in accordance with perspectives of Andre who had given his attentions to food across countries and we decided to provide experiences with food based on his impression of Kanazawa. Our experimental trial was to uncover the essence of Kanazawa food culture and what we designed was not only dishes and eating devices but a series of eating experience including virtual presentation/video during the meal.
